Day One

Arrive at Zoutpan Struishuis Guest Farm and Centre for wellness and Self Development to be greeted by our friendly staff and complimentary coffee/tea.
Unpack, settle in and enjoy your farm surroundings.
Join Engela for a  walk on the farm to watch the evening activities, animals and sunset.
Enjoy a candlelight farm dinner in front of an open log fire in our dining room.
Listen to the frog choir, watch the stars and settle in for the night in your pre-heated room.

Day Two

Enjoy a Sunrise Stress-Release walk with Engela before Breakfast.
Short lecture on meditation, relaxation, breathing and nutrition.
Hearty breakfast served on the patio.
Relax during an hour long heavenly massage by qualified people of NAMO.
Relax with a good book at the poolside and listen to the sound of nature around you.
Enrich your life during the ‘Transform Your Life’ workshop after a light lunch.
Enjoy a complimentory sundowner and platter dinner around an open fire (weather permit) with the evening noises around you as the sun sets.

Day Three

Starting the day with “The Samurai’s Breakfast”. (Centering health excercises) with Engela.

Check out revitalised and relaxed after a hearty farm breakfast and leave with fond memories.
